For Brooklyn group TV On The Radio's newest album, they took things slow. While usually recording in the hustle of New York, the group shifted to L.A. to record Nine Types of Light. This change in tempo is clear on their new disc. Synths are all over the place on this awesome slow-jam-filled release. This is a great follow up to 2008's extremely well-received Dear Science.
